Build My Workflow collects only what you choose to send: your name, email, and message on the contact form, and whatever Cal.com collects if you book a call.

Contact form submissions are processed by Web3Forms and delivered to us by email. Booking is handled by Cal.com under their privacy policy.

We do not sell your information. Paid client work defaults to systems you host — we do not need your production data on our servers to deliver a workflow.

This site may store a theme preference in your browser (localStorage). That value never leaves your device.

If you want us to delete a message you sent, email the address on the contact page.
